Chocolate sauce and strawberries for lazy person !

Several months ago, when I began this blog, I received help from a very kind woman I met on the web.
While I was just starting blogging, she put my blog's link on her blog.
Thank to her, some of you came here and stayed, and it helped me to give life to this blog.

I'll always be thankful to her, even if I have to stop blogging one day.

Today, I have the opportunity to make the same for another nice person. And I invite you to visit Kana's website :

This is an international cooking website. You can find recipes from our small world in our own language. I think this is a very good idea.

Kana, I hope you'll have a long blog life :)

For this recipe ...No, really ... This is not a recipe.

I've always been honest with you. THIS-IS-NOT-A-RECIPE !

... Or a recipe for lazy person. For me. I confess.

We can call this a BASIC. That you can use with any kind of fruits. I made it with strawberries, but you can do it with bananas, apples, pears, pineapples...etc.

Here what you'll need :

  • 200 grammes of dark chocolate
  • 100 grammes of single cream
  • And fruits ...

Step 1 :
In your micro waves, let melt chocolate and cream together, 30 seconds by 30 seconds.
Whisk it.

I promise, the next recipe will be longer !!
... I don't dare writing the recapitulative ... :D

  1. Dear Axelle-I think you should give us the recapitulative. I mean, just in case it was so fast that we didn't get it the first time...... Next time would you please show us how to make Strawberries Dipped in Powdered Sugar?

Seriously, I am teasing you. Thank you for this. Regards-Jamie

    1. Dear Jamie, you're right !!! :D
But if you're challenging me, be careful, I can post THE VINAIGRETTE RECIPE !!! Which is almost as difficult as this one !! :D
Seriously, I'm in a diet period, so it's true, I don't post too many recipes now. But it's going to change!!! I'm going to post my DIET SOUP !! :D

  2. Yum, that looks good. And, thank you for melting your chocolate in the microwave. We do that and it works great.
    love and prayers, jep
PS I will visit your nice friends blog.

    1. Thank you, Jep, I never use pan to melt chocolate : it takes time and we have to clean it after !! If you take care, microwave is our best friend :)

  3. Those strawberries look perfectly delicious, and even better with a dollop of chocolate!

    1. Thank you, T.W, I have to say they were perfect, even natural :)

  4. Hi Axelle,
Recipe or not, this would disappear in no time at all in my house! My kids are crazy over strawberries with chocolates together!
Will visit Kana soon! You are so sweet!

    1. Hi Joyce, and believe me ... Strawberries are just an excuse to eat this terrific chocolate ! :D
Thank you for your comment. :)
