So quickly I did not have time to make correct pictures !
My friend, his wife and their children are vegetarian. And I was impatient to learn some new ways to cook vegetables.
Here's one of them.
You'll need, for 4 persons :
- 2 zucchini (courgettes)
- 1 red pepper
- 4 spring onions
- 2 carrots
- 1 red onion
- some broccoli
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 small fresh red chili.
- 2 tablespoon of Soya sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon of sugar (facultative).
- ... And a WOK... I have to buy one !
Step 1 :
Cut all the veggies very thin.
Step 2 :
Pour some neutral oil in wok, on a medium fire. Then let brown garlic red chili for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3 :
On a high fire, let roast vegetables, stirring them regularly.
Step 4 :
Add soya sauce and sugar, then, let them cook for 10 minutes. They have to be crunchy.
That's it ! Bon appétit !

Dear Axelle-What is "facultative" with regards to the sugar in your ingredients list? This recipe requires patience and some glasses of white wine so you can visit and sip with your friends while you slice all these vegetables "very thin". It's worth it! Regards-Jamie
ReplyDeleteSorry, Jamie, it means optional. You can not add it if you don't want.
DeleteMy friend did it very fast ! I4m going to try it one day and I'll tell you. But ... We drank on the same time ! :D
And when I'll do it by myself, I promise, I'll drink white wine glasses !! :)
Friendly.
