London : day 3 - Buckingham palace, Hyde Park and museums...

Third day, explosive day. Everything began fine, but children were tired.
Sleeping lately, waking up too early for them, walking for hours...

Good ingredients together to make them fight each other all day long ! More than usually.

So, at noon, after Buckingham palace's visit, I went suddenly transformed in a T-Rex female.
"Don't talk to me for a while ! Not one single word ! I need a break !"

And, because of the general mood, I don't have too much pictures of the second part of this day...

But, for the beginning, come on with us !

The one on the right side of the picture should have a smaller hat !
Just hope he can breathe !  :D

 I loved those small crowns.

Everything began fine ...

Car at the exit of the Hard Rock Café... Do you think Bruce was here ??

 Hyde park.

"Are you ta'king to me ?...

Some pictures in museums : Science and Natural History.

Easy and fast japanese vegetables... An italian version !

I would like to apologize for the following pictures. Casanova used to work in a restaurant and cooked very quickly !
So quickly I did not have time to make correct pictures !
My friend, his wife and their children are vegetarian. And I was impatient to learn some new ways to cook vegetables.
Here's one of them.

You'll need, for 4 persons :
  • 2 zucchini (courgettes)
  • 1 red pepper
  • 4 spring onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 red onion
  • some broccoli
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small fresh red chili.
  • 2 tablespoon of Soya sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sugar (facultative).
  • ... And a WOK... I have to buy one !

Step 1 :
Cut all the veggies very thin.

Step 2 :
Pour some neutral oil in wok, on a medium fire. Then let brown garlic red chili for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3 :
On a high fire, let roast vegetables, stirring them regularly.

Step 4 :
Add soya sauce and sugar, then, let them cook for 10 minutes. They have to be crunchy.
That's it ! Bon appétit !
