It's Fall ! So today, in honor of all the colors who can exist in this world, I'm going to bake multicolor mini cakes.
I've already done this recipe, but for a large cake. Today, I'm going to do it with individual ones.
The base is always the same : a yogurt cake.
Yogurt cake is very used by mothers, here. It's easy, not too long and you can offer it in a variety of form and taste.
- 1 yogurt pot of 125 grammes (nature or vanilla, for example)
- 2 measure (yogurt pot) of brown sugar
- 1 measure of neutral oil
- 3 measures of flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder (that's the difference between the large cake and the little ones)
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of rum !
- 125 grammes of candied fruits
- (optional) 25 grammes of white raisins.
Preheat your oven at 260°C (500°F / Th 9).
Step 1 :
Stir together yogurt, eggs and sugar.
Step 2 :
Add the 3 measure yogurt of flour and the 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder ON IT.
Mix again !
Step 3 :
Pour the rum and the vanilla.
Step 4 :
One measure of neutral oil !
Step 5 :
Pour some flour on candied fruits and raisins, and stir gently to coat all that. It will prevent fruits to fall down in the bottom of the cake, during the cooking.
Step 6 :
Pour them into the mixture and stir gently, once again.
Step 7 :
With 2 tablespoon, fill up small paper pans.
Reduce the oven at 180°C (350°F / Th 6) and let those babies cook for 20 minutes.
Bon appétit.
