I added some grated gruyère on top of it and that was nice. It made for a delicious dinner last night. Isn't it amazing how a pan stuffed with spinach cooks down to nothing! Since I had to make my own crust ( I made two pies because we are 7), I also whipped up a gingerbread to go with it. Last night was dreamy! Thank you!!
